Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 30-day return window, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible, your piece must be in the same condition as received unworn, unused, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.

Once approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your return. Items sent back without prior authorization cannot be accepted.

For returns due to customer reasons such as ordering the wrong size or deciding it’s not quite right an $8 USD processing fee will be deducted from your refund.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Custom or personalized pieces

  • Personal care or beauty products

  • Sale items and gift cards

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, we’re always happy to help just reach out.

Exchanges

To receive a different item, we recommend returning your original purchase. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the piece you want.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without explanation.

Returned items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging, with proof of purchase included.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
