What Does Our Lifetime Warranty Cover?

Our lifetime warranty covers any manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship that may occur with normal, everyday wear.

If something isn’t right due to how the piece was made, we’ll make it right.

What Is Not Covered?

While our warranty is designed to be generous, it does not cover:

1. Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or improper care.
   
2. Alterations or repairs performed by a third party not authorized by Faefête.
   
3. Normal wear and tear, including scratches or surface changes over time.

How to Claim Your Lifetime Warranty

If you experience an issue covered under our lifetime warranty, simply follow these steps:

2. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and any relevant photos.
   
3. Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps for a repair or replacement.

• Warranty coverage is limited to one replacement per item.
  
• The lifetime warranty is valid for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
  
• The warranty does not cover damage caused by resizing or alterations after purchase.
